Level 3 driving requires the driver to take control of the wheel only in emergency situations like an impending accident.

The very hot, electric hatchback, EV6GT, is the fastest consumer car that Kia has created.  The EV is said by automotive experts to be affordable (Kia hasn't revealed the price). The EV6GT is faster and more powerful than some Italian sports cars and the EV6. It can hit 161 mph. In fact, Kia says that in a drag race, it beat a Ferrari Roma and a Lamborghini Huracan Evo.  Tech Specs The electrified performance car can sprint from 0 to 60 mph in 3.4 seconds. Kia's Electric Concept Car Goes To Market

  Kia  EV 6                                             Source:  Kia EV6 From Concept Car to Soon-to-Be Reality Kia's EV 6 is a concept car that is about to become a reality.  It is a sleek, aerodynamic electric car that could prove to be a force in the EV market.  The car has a range of 311 miles on a charge.  It offers very fast charging: 4 minutes of charging provides 62 miles of drivetime.  And it can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in three seconds. EV 6 Will Debut Later This Month Kia just unveiled the first images of EV 6.  As a concept car, it went by the code name CV.  It was designed in accordance with Kia's new design philosophy Opposites United.  The philosophy reflects the opposites in nature.   The design is a collaborative effort by Kia design studios in Korea, Germany and the US.  And it is built on Kia's new EV platform, the Electric-Global Modular Platform (E-GMP).  The platform is designed to deliver EV's with very strong performance specifications.  Kia

High Performing Halo EV 2021 Kia's EV Concept "Vision" Setting New Standards at Affordable Price Kia plans to launch a high performance, all electric vehicle - the Halo - in 2021.  Kia is promising the EV will have long range, very high performance and ultra quick charging. And, very importantly, they say is will be reasonably priced at considerably below the cost of Tesla, Mercedes and BMW EV's.  Kia's goal is to establish its electric vehicle leadership by setting a very high bar in the EV global industry. Being all-electric, the Halo will have zero emissions. 11 New EV's by 2025 Source:  Kia's Concept HABANIRO Electric Car 2021 Dedicated EV South Korean automotive giant Kia is going electric in a very big way.  As part of its "Plan S", it's pouring $25 billion into electrification.  Kia will launch 11 new EVs by 2025 and it will launch a "dedicated" marque EV model targeted for usage in 2021.  Kia is going globally electric with a smart strategic plan behind its moves. Kia Plan S Their plan includes "Purpose Built" EV models that target corporate buyers, car sharing users, among others.  Kia says it will find most of the $25 billion investment into electrification by cutting spending on internal combustion engines.  Plan S is designed to transition Kia's business while continuously surrounded by two pillars:  EVs and mobility solutions. One of Most Striking Vehicles at NY International Auto Show Source:  Kia HabaNiroAdd caption Butterfly Folding Doors The vehicle is called the HabaNiro.  It's an electric crossover concept created by Kia.  The South Korean automaker says the futuristic car is the automotive equivalent of a Swiss Army knife , versatile and for just about everyone. The Everyone, Everything Vehicle Kia says they've designed this for city dwellers, off-roaders, drivers concerned about the environment and driving enthusiasts. It can even serve as a self-driving vehicle.  They call it the "Everything Car Electric Vehicle" with the design, engineering and technology people want to move around in, in the near future. Compact SUV with Unusual Doors HabaNiro is a 4-seater, high riding hatchback, compact SUV.  What really stands out are the double, butterfly door openings.  Also, the fighter pilot-like steering wheel and the instrument panel that spans across the front dashboard.
