Aston Martin's 1st Hybrid Supercar - Valhalla

  Valhalla Plug-In Hybrid Electric Aston Martin                                             Source:  Aston Martin New Kind of Supercar Immersive Experience Legendary British automaker Aston Martin will release in 2023 a spectacular new kind of immersive supercar, that the company says is driver centric.  It is called Valhalla, which is the majestic Viking/Norsemen Hall of the Gods where slain warriors find their final resting place.  Aston Martin's Valhalla is far from moribund. It's a vital, majestic, plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) that is inspired by Formula 1 race cars and has the luxurious interior of a hot sports car.  This new hybrid powertrain vehicle is a first for Aston Martin and marks the beginning of a new automotive journey for the luxury carmaker which was secret agent 007 James Bond's favorite way to drive. Tech Specs The vehicle is among the fastest supercars ever created. Top speed is 217 mph, and it can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in 2.5 seconds.

  Ford's GT LM Limited Edition Supercar                                                  Source:  Ford Car Pays Tribute to Ford's 2016 Le Mans Win Production will end on Ford's supercar, the Ford GT, at the end of 2022, but Ford has one last, exclusive, special edition to send it off.  The Ford GT LM limited edition was just unveiled, and it is designed to celebrate the 2016 Le Mans win by the Ford GT Number 68 as well as the historic, Ford racing car's 1-2-3 finish in 1966.  The Ford GT LM even celebrates the racing car's colors of red and blue with a red tinted carbon fiber exterior and a blue or red driver's seat.  For Ford, the GT LM is the supercar of all supercars. The vehicle is called "Platinum Jubilee Artura".  Instead of the standard McLaren badge on the nose of the vehicle, a special badge "ELIZABETH 11" is there.  The supercar was developed by the McLaren Special Operations group, which creates highly customized cars for special customers.  The vehicle is sleek, stylish, hybrid and very special.  The special platinum paint that covers the car took more than a week to precisely develop and perfect in various types of light.
