This is a tested and proved artificial intelligence system that can predict pandemic outbreaks three months before they occur and thereby possibly prevent them.  A young, Dominican Republic scientist developed it out of his love for his mother, who almost died from Dengue fever. It enjoyed a long history of creating iconic MG, 2 seat sports cars.
