It is the innovative idea of Los Angeles transportation designer Ryan Schlotthauer, inspired by an imagined, hypothetical collaboration between Renault and Ikea.  The designer says it combines Ikea's design philosophy and Renault's mobility program. Hoga is a modular, ultra mini, all-electric sustainable car that is priced at $6,500.  It's designed to be assembled like a piece of furniture from Ikea. It aims to be "clever, low cost and sustainable" with no compromises on passenger safety, easy usage and spacious, usable interior spaces. EV 6 Will Debut Later This Month Kia just unveiled the first images of EV 6.  As a concept car, it went by the code name CV.  It was designed in accordance with Kia's new design philosophy Opposites United.  The philosophy reflects the opposites in nature.   The design is a collaborative effort by Kia design studios in Korea, Germany and the US.  And it is built on Kia's new EV platform, the Electric-Global Modular Platform (E-GMP).  The platform is designed to deliver EV's with very strong performance specifications.  Kia

It is a fully autonomous, driverless, electric shared vehicle designed to transport a family or friends to an event or destination. It's loaded with luxury features and amenities that you would expect from an high end, very advanced high tech, limousine service. Advanced Technology The concept robotaxi has an onboard AI system with advanced voice recognition.  Passengers can control the pod cabin's temperature, brightness, lights, climate control and aromatherapy through speaking or hand gestures.  The AI system understands both.  There are biometric sensors in the seats to monitor passengers' vital signs and accordingly adjust conditions in the pod.   New Electric Urban Mobility                                                    Source:  Honda NeuV Concept Car A Car Designed to Make Money For The Owner Knowing that 96% of the time, privately owned vehicles sit idle, Honda has created a concept car that enables the owner to monetize the vehicle.  The car is called the NeuV or New Electric Urban Vehicle.  NewV can make money for the owner in two ways.  It can function as an automated ride-sharing service, ferrying passengers locally when the owner isn't using the car.  The vehicle can also be used to sell energy to the grid when it is not in use.  Honda says it specifically designed the vehicle to make money for the owner during its downtime periods.  That is a first for a consumer market car.
