Mazda has unveiled a big surprise:  a new sports car concept that is intriguing automotive enthusiasts.  It is called the "Vision Study Model".  It's a beautiful coupe that is sleek, smooth and very aerodynamic.  It sports dramatic, big fenders, butterfly doors and dimensions that are similar to the iconic Miata sports car. Many automotive experts are wondering: Is this the future Miata EV?. It could be!  The vehicle was a big surprise at its unveiling at Mazda's announcement of its future electrification plans, which are very significant.  Mazda is investing $11billion into electrification through 2030. Mazda wants its sales ratio to be 40% EV by 2030. Expectations Automotive experts expect an all-electric Mazda Miata-like sports car to be produced by the late 2020's. They believe that Mazda will first roll out a hybrid version.

It is a light show in motion with C-shaped LED daytime headlights connected by a line of LED lights across the front bumper. Yanfeng is a $16 billion innovator of "smart car cabins" headquartered in Shanghai, China. DeLorean's 2 New Hot Concept Cars

  Two Concept Cars May Go Into Production:  Alpha 5 & Alpha 2 Source:  DeLorean Alpha 5 & 2 The Resurrection of the DeLorean Brand Luxury automaker DeLorean, which went bankrupt back in 1982, has been sold and is back in business with two stunning, new concept cars that it intends to put into production.  The DeLorean Alpha 5 is an EV that is designed to look like the original, classic DMC DeLorean with its gullwing doors and body of stainless steel.  The vehicle was unveiled recently in Pebble Beach, California. It has a range of 300 miles, a top speed of 155 miles per hour and can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 2.99 seconds.  The Alpha 5 will have a 100-kWh battery which is bigger than that of a Porsche Taycan.  It will be a 2024 model and can be ordered for purchase, although the price hasn't been disclosed yet. And, its latest new car concept, the N-Vision 74, does not disappoint.  The N-Vision is a rear-wheel drive coupe/sports car, powered by two electric traction motors that are both positioned on the rear axle.  The energy comes from two sources:  a storage battery and a hydrogen fuel cell. The futuristic vehicle actually celebrates the past, the 1974 Hyundai Pony Coupe designed by the legendary car designer Giorgetto Giurgiaro.  Ironically the gorgeous and powerful car concept was never built.  The new, 670 hp N-Vision 74 is a high-tech performance dynamo that many experts want to see go into production.  MotorTrend Magazine is calling it "the hottest car concept of the decade".   What's Special About This Car?
