The concept, called the GAC Barchetta, is inspired by iconic Italian sports cars from decades ago and is tailored made for Italian sports car enthusiasts. The design team calls it the essence of minimalism, efficiency and simplicity.  It's a two-seat electric sports car.  In just two months, GAC's fully digital design studio in Milan completed this extraordinary concept car, that looks like it came straight out of science fiction. Unique Aspects of the Concept The concept is windowless and roofless.  The vehicle is as low to the ground as you can go, with very low height and exceptionally low clearance. Mazda has unveiled a big surprise:  a new sports car concept that is intriguing automotive enthusiasts.  It is called the "Vision Study Model".  It's a beautiful coupe that is sleek, smooth and very aerodynamic.  It sports dramatic, big fenders, butterfly doors and dimensions that are similar to the iconic Miata sports car. Many automotive experts are wondering: Is this the future Miata EV?. It could be!  The vehicle was a big surprise at its unveiling at Mazda's announcement of its future electrification plans, which are very significant.  Mazda is investing $11billion into electrification through 2030. Mazda wants its sales ratio to be 40% EV by 2030. Expectations Automotive experts expect an all-electric Mazda Miata-like sports car to be produced by the late 2020's. They believe that Mazda will first roll out a hybrid version.

Yanfeng is a $16 billion innovator of "smart car cabins" headquartered in Shanghai, China. Their automotive vision of the XiM23 is based on their proprietary research, the Luxury Research Study, into the driving public's priorities for the "perfect car".   Off-Road Frontier Doesn't Need a Road Source:  Nissan Nismo Off-Road Frontier New Off-Roader With a Powerful Truck Powertrain The Nissan Nismo Off-Road Frontier concept is a hefty, midsize truck that takes off-road performance to a whole new level.  This V8 vehicle is so rugged, it doesn't need a road to drive on.  It has lots of power thanks to its 5.6-liter VE engine taken from the Titan full-size pickup truck.  The engine produces 400 hp and 413 pd-ft of torque in the Titan. In essence, the new concept offers Titan power in a mid-size truck. The Off-Road Frontier was built by Forsberg Racing.  It is a highly modified vehicle concept that will be showcased at the 2022 SEMA show coming up in Las Vegas. What You Want to Know About the Concept The Star's style is long and low.  The EV can be formulated as a 2-row or 3-row SUV.  The interior is spacious and loaded with glass for unobstructed views.  The front of the vehicle has no traditional grille. Instead, there is a lightshow with a full-length LED system of lights.   Two Concept Cars May Go Into Production:  Alpha 5 & Alpha 2 Source:  DeLorean Alpha 5 & 2 The Resurrection of the DeLorean Brand Luxury automaker DeLorean, which went bankrupt back in 1982, has been sold and is back in business with two stunning, new concept cars that it intends to put into production.  The DeLorean Alpha 5 is an EV that is designed to look like the original, classic DMC DeLorean with its gullwing doors and body of stainless steel.  The vehicle was unveiled recently in Pebble Beach, California. It has a range of 300 miles, a top speed of 155 miles per hour and can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 2.99 seconds.  The Alpha 5 will have a 100-kWh battery which is bigger than that of a Porsche Taycan.  It will be a 2024 model and can be ordered for purchase, although the price hasn't been disclosed yet.
