DAILY INNOVATION BRIEF By Journalists Edward Kane & Maryanne Kane WORLD'S 1st 3D PRINTED HOTEL - SPACE INSPIRED SOURCE: BIG, Icon, Liz Lambert The world's 1st 3D printed hotel with architecture inspired by NASA commissioned homes for the Moon & Mars will open in the desert town of Marfa, Texas in 2024 The glamorous, 62-acre adventurer's community is called El Cosmica and includes a hotel/glame campground and 2, 3 & 4 bedroom "Sunday Homes" It's an entirely new & highly innovative architectural approach made possible by 3D printing with organic shapes, domes, vaults, arches & "parabolic" structures Project is an innovative collaboration between hotelier Liz Lambert, Danish architects Bjarke Ingals Group (BIG) and Austin based 3D printing company Icon, that
