  Epic, Retro Meyers Manx Dune Buggy                                             Source:  Meyers Manx New Meyers Manx 2.0 Electric Dune Buggy Created in 1964 by Bruce Meyers, the VW-based Meyers Manx dune buggy is one of the most iconic and cherished vehicles of all time. Production of the buggy ended in 1971.  But the epic vehicle has recently been resurrected by venture capitalist and car afficionado Phillip Sarofim.  He just unveiled the first new model of the dune buggy in nearly 60 years.  It's called the Meyers Manx 2.0 Electric and it will officially be introduced at Monterey Car Week later in August in California.  Boom's   New Supersonic Aircraft Design                                             Source:  Boom Supersonics Flying Green at Supersonic Speeds Colorado-based Boom Supersonic is getting ready to offer a new, supersonic passenger aircraft called the Overture.  The company has unveiled a production ready version of the SST and has committed to having it fly on 100% sustainable aviation fuels (SAF), meaning it will fly eco-friendly green at supersonic speeds.  It promises flights from New York City to London in 3.5 hours as opposed to 5.5 hours or Seattle to Tokyo in 4.4 hours versus 8.3 hours now.  The Overture is a look at the exciting future of air travel at speeds capable of cutting travel times nearly in half. It's designed to comfortably carry 65 to 80 passengers in its spacious, large, windowed cabin. Given CEO Elon Musk's comments, it is very likely.  Recently, Musk promised to equip his much-anticipated new Roadster sportscar with rocket engines to take-off and briefly fly. Now, we've learned that one of the world's hottest eVTOLs (electric vertical takeoff and landing vehicles) - Jetson 1 - is powered by Tesla electric car battery cells. Swedish startup Jetson One is the inventor and developer of Jetson 1. This flying car can be ordered, doesn't require a pilot's or driver's license and has zero emissions.   Go Anywhere, 4-Wheel Drive Vehicle                                                                                 Source:  Polaris Electric, Quiet, Off-Roader If you want to do some fun off-roading that doesn't destroy the peace and quiet of nature, take a look at the all-electric, 4-wheel drive UTV, the Polaris Ranger XP Kinetic.  Polaris is a nearly $10 billion off-roading and snowmobile company based in Medina, Minnesota. Their new XP Kinetic is getting a lot of buzz as a Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV).  The company says this vehicle can go virtually anywhere.  It's been specifically engineered for electrification with a battery and electric motor replacing the fuel tank and gas-powered engine of previous versions of the UTV.  The vehicle has no grill because it has no radiator.
