Clean, Green, Unlimited Range Cruising

Monaco-based Fraser Yachts, a top player in global yachting for more than 70 years founded in the US, has developed a hydrogen powered, totally sustainable, 64-foot catamaran that has "unlimited range", according to Fraser.  This is a big breakthrough in green, yachting and potentially boating travel.  Their new Aquon One cat is a multihulled vessel loaded with green hydrogen fuel and green technologies for environmentally clean cruising.  The Aquon One is a showcase of epic new zero emissions technologies that moves boating forward into much more environmentally friendly waters.  First deliveries for Aquon One are in 2023.

Solar Cruising

The vessel has 700 sq. feet of solar panels that generate renewable electricity to create hydrogen via fuel cells to power the yacht's two electric engines and all of the electrical equipment, lights and appliances onboard.  There are lithium-ion batteries to store electricity in the short term and carbon tanks to hold electricity for the longer term.  The zero emissions vessel can cruise at top speeds of 16 knots and according to the company has unlimited range with their hydrogen fueling system.

Smart & Green

This is a posh, environmentally correct and very smart, green yacht. There are 1,000 sq. feet of living space made of sustainable materials and recyclable leather.  It is large enough to accommodate eight seafaring passengers.  The interior can be customized and reconfigured for 2, 3 or 4 staterooms.  And the yacht is smart. Functions like lighting can be controlled by a smart phone.  The company says it has a smart, green hydrogen propulsion system.  The living space is a "smart home". The vessel operates silently, and it provides an epic ride into the future of sustainable yachting.  The price is about $7 million.
