  • A megatrend is developing with AI creating and designing new foods and drinks to bring new flavors, more varieties and fresh innovations to the market.  Here's what we know:
  1. The AI food and drink sections of your supermarket is starting to stun with new products like digitally produced beef stew, Kraft AI cheese, new AI flavors of Coke, Beck Beer, wines and new varieties of vegan products
  2. AI is creating these products from the molecular level
  3. The trend is happening globally:  in China with AI ice cream; Hungary with AI power drinks, Chile with new varieties of AI cheese and more
  4. The AI food market is expected to hit $35 bill by 2028 - it's a hot area that just is getting cooking.



NEW FORM OF SOLAR TRAVEL READIES FOR AN ENDURANCE FLIGHT

  • Solar Airship One is a 495-foot balloon vehicle powered by the Sun that's about to be tested for a nonstop, 20-day flight of 24,000 miles.  Here's what we know:
  1. It looks like a flying whale but Solar Airship One is an innovative balloon vehicle that's being prepared for a remarkable, 24,000-mile, nonstop flight to inaugurate a new form of zero emissions travel
  2. Developed by engineers in France
  3. Sun and hydrogen powered aircraft
  4. 3 pilots will guide it around the Equator west to east at an altitude of 19,685 feet
  5. Historic Equatorial flight is planned to happen within 2 years
  6. Vehicle has been 11 years in the making
  7. Composed of 15 individually controlled gas envelopes for extra control in rough weather
  8. Solar cells generate electricity with any surplus generating hydrogen through electrolysis
  9. Helium volume:  50,000 M3
  10. Solar film length:  51,666 sq. ft
  11. Plan is to make the vehicle fully autonomous
  12. Goal:  fight climate change with this unique vehicle providing zero emissions travel.

CHINA MOVES TO OWN LEADERSHIP IN FLYING CARS

  • In China, the world's biggest flying car company XPeng Aeroht, a subsidiary of automaker XPeng, has opened what is likely the world's 1st flying car ground transportation, comprehensive testing center
  • Here are some key facts:
  1. Purpose is to research and validate new flying car technologies
  2. Components of the facility are comprehensive and impressive and are designed to give China leadership in flying cars
  3. There's a flying base to validate flying
  4. Comprehensive driving and ground technology testing facilities for strength, load, vibration, durability, environmental factors and materials
  5. Technologies for virtual simulations and real-world testing
  6. Powertrain experimental center for motors, batteries and high voltage electrical components
  7. This new center is a $500 million investment and it also has the backing of a consortium of investors
  • It is a clear demonstration of China's belief in the future of flying cars and their goal to be the leader in the emerging market.
